FEAR FUELS YOUR LAUGHTER

8.20.2015

Fear fuels your laughter

Loud, insensitive, like a

Hoard of cackling hens

Impenetrable,

Protective armor you wear

Inconsequential,

How you view the but

Of your vile hilarity.

Shields you from feeling

Because you would break

From weight of shock, agony

Vicariously

Piercing your essence

Opt to live as dead, you do

Disallowing love

Hence, you turn to stone

Blackness permeates your world

Nothing will move you
