My affirmation:

It is okay to be well,

Do not need turmoil.

I am loved without

Being weak, helpless, pitied.

My strength fosters love.

I am okay. My

Thoughts, fears of self-destruction

Are false. I am whole.

In strength I have peace.

No need to save my story,

I can move forward.

I can, will let go.

Defeating adversity

Does not add value.

Drama not needed

To gain love or attention,

Tis lie, tis not love.

Already worthy

Already enough, nothing

To prove to the world.

The world doesn’t care

About musings of my heart

Nor should that matter.

Only I must tend

To those musings, ensuring

Reflections are heard.

Vital for me is

Abiding by light within.

Loyal to my heart

Loyal to faith, truth

For love guides my deeds

Upon friends and foes

I seek to inspire
