ON TOP OF THE WORLD

On top of the world
Perched firm from the pinnacle
This night you’re strong, doubtless

Rock-solid body
Unconquerable spirit
Sparkling smile gleaming

You abound with light
Self-determined, directed
Like a newborn child

There is no question
As certain as a sunrise
No hesitation

Harmful thoughts retreat
Scars speak to battles you have fought
Pain and fear exiled

Totally in touch
With your revealed potential
Dark thoughts are not yours

Guided by essence
Sunshine is the eternal
Night, an illusion

Bathed in brilliant light
You see yourself through God’s eyes
A glorious view

Beckon this outlook
Each time blackness chases you
Small spark defeats dark
