Little miss within woman

Stirring profound love

Small whimper hastens

Like a newborn’s needful wail

Quickly hushed, she flees

Veiled in the shadows

Suffering benumbed touches

Too painful to feel

Woman fades to dark

Evading the wanting cry

Dismissing her worth

‘til a trace of light

Un-clouds life-changing lesson

Taught by trusted one

All needs have purpose

To inform the heart, need be

Heard and accepted

Calmed at hearkening

Little miss succored, at peace

Woman regains light
